Our History

EnviroControl Systems began as a one-truck operation in 1997. In 1999, Evans Electric Company acquired EnviroControl Systems, blending HVAC services with its electrical division.

In 2004, EnviroControl Systems was recognized as an independent HVAC company. Until 2012, all divisions—both residential and commercial—provided service to the Miami Valley under the single name EnviroControl Systems, Inc.

To further define its mission of meeting the specific needs of its residential/small business customers, EnviroControl Systems, Inc. launched Lifestyle Comfort Solutions in 2012.

Our Present

Since 2012, the name EnviroControl Systems, Inc. has been used exclusively by the company’s large commercial division.

Both divisions are owned and operated by two generations of the Crosley family.

Our technicians/installers wear shoe covers, use floor covers when working, and leave the work area clean. As often as possible, expect a live person to answer the phone when you call the company. We make our best effort to arrive on time. We will provide a 30 minute call ahead, upon request. Thank you for understanding that weather may delay our scheduled arrival. Upon occasion we encounter a repair which takes longer than anticipated. Thank you for realizing that, just as you would not want us to leave your home with a job left undone, we cannot allow our daily schedule to force us to leave another customer’s home to arrive at your home on time. We practice flat-rate pricing. You’ll know what a repair costs, before you authorize the work to be completed. Because our company believes that routine, scheduled maintenance is the single best way to extend the life of your equipment, to protect your comfort, and to save you money, you will be given an opportunity to purchase a Comfort Zone Maintenance Agreement whenever we visit your home. Our technicians/installers will be clearly identified with Lifestyle uniforms, marked vehicles, and ID badges.
